Bruce Baumgartner - Four-time Olympic Medallist, Two-time Olympic Champion, & three-time
World Champion


Justin Abdou - Assistant coach at Simon Fraser University in British Columbia four-time NAIA National Champion


Larry Bielenberg - Four time All-American at Oregon State University. National heavyweight champion 1975. 51 consecutive victories in 1977. Ranked third all-time in NCAA history.


Come and learn advanced and basic techniques, including: takedowns, pins, near falls, escapes, reversals, and riding. Also, we cover strength and conditioning, proper weight loss and nutrition, as well as mental attitude. We reinforce aggressive, mentally tough wrestling through basic skills and repetitive drills. Campers will be divided among groups of the same caliber, and will receive attention from all the staff. When you leave our camp, you should have a new-found enjoyment for the sport. You should be motivated to prepare for the best season of your career!

COST
 Resident campers (staying on campus) pay $225 which includes meals and lodging. Commuting wrestlers (staying off campus) can register for $125. A meal ticket (included in Resident package) can be purchased for an additional $35 for the 4 days. Cost for all wrestlers includes four days of wrestling, a special dinner and motivational speech featuring Bruce Baumgartner, and a camp T-shirt. Discounts of $5 available for teams or families registering 6 or more (refunded at the event). Coaches bringing six or more campers will be admitted free of charge. All other coaches will be charged $100 registration. (Coaches please register at the door.)

  • Extra clothing
Proof of insurance and liability waiver required in order to register. Please bring proof of insurance to camp. All campers required to have valid USA Wrestling Card.
